LC Hybrids And More !!!
Re: LC Hybrids And More !!!
If you find an N99E you can have my N68X.
Edit: I was told an N427-46-HLH is similiar to an N68X needle.[/quote]
Certainly not JJH needles then LOL
Yes Allens do various needles and as the codes are totally different to each other.it has made things very confusing
I get a bit of machine gunning at very light throttle at around 3-4 K but work well
I have now fitted V4's and put in some more Mick Abbey tuned barrels which have been opened up on the intakes for the VForce reeds

I have 152 mains in mine with 45 pilots (rich) N68 needle on middle clip air screw 1 3/4 turns out with Ramair filters V Force4 etc
I would get some genuine jets and at least 155 ?
I had ordered two from cascade inovations in North America, but the next day they canned it, said they didn't deliver to Auz.
I have one N68x from a mate, I just gotta find another
There's plenty of places which sell the N68X needles, one is a lawn mower shop & they are dirt cheap but I can't remember their web site, here's another

Most OE dealers I've searched have all come back as NLA.

I guess any sites that have them listed will be a no go unless they have old stock.
Re: LC Hybrids And More !!!
Well that went well. Cheers for the Ron AYRES tip, he still has em on the site, but when you get to the end of the process after selecting and giving all you details, they advise there is no shipping method. Their way of telling you they don't have them I spose.

Re: LC Hybrids And More !!!
I'm going to check the availability of the N68A tomorrow. From what I can tell that is part number N427-68-(A00) and Allens have that listed on their site, I'll give them a call in the morning.

SH, the needles you tried to order from Cascade innovations (N68A) are still available so you should be able to find some in Aus. The part number is: N427-68. This is the only dual taper needle in that series and is listed as an N68A on Sudco's charts. An N68A needle is what was fitted to Kawasaki KR-1 B models.

Having the YPVS logo on the side panels to replace the 350 logo as I'm having the YPVS lump in the LC frame
