Still got to figure out how to attach the Ducati mudguard to the RGV250 forks
Going to shorten the back and front too as a little too long

Had 5mm machined off the face of the rear sprocket carrier
Will still need a front offset sprocket though

Instead of painting the RGV swingarm you might want to look at Tyga's carbon fiber covers;

I don't normally go for 'aplique' carbon that's stuck on for the sake of it, but those look pretty good.

Yes I saw those and I do have a slight dent in the swingarm but was going to get it powder coated then if the dent is still visible
have it filled then blown over with a matching satin black paint

I assume it's dented on the banana side. Since you've already sandblasted it by the looks of it you might find a panel beater that can do aluminum that might be able to fix it before coating. Even if they have to drill a small hole in the backside to push through and weld it after, it would be nicer than trying to repair the powder coat. Just a suggestion, it'll look great either way.

Not done a lot

Athena barrels turned up and painted them black
Had to use adaptors for the Lomas pipes and use TZ springs as they are longer
