I used these ebay rod ends. Be forewarned they are China parts so you may die if use them.

M/F connecting rods
Currently have the 205mm installed. The longer one would be used if I adjust the rear sets back further.
Shifter knuckle is 2003 R6.
Also note the pressure switch at the banjo fitting.

I just ordered a set... soo....
(1) Can you (or anyone) point to a source (preferably cheap) for the brembo mcl??
(2) Will the original hose (to caliper) banjo work?
(3) Which raises the question about the pressure switch: Fast/cheap/easy source for that?
(budget severely stretched by buying the 'sets....
Also.... what lube is recommended for the moving parts?
And: Threadlock on any of the screws?

4) The pivots are sufficiently lubed as delivered, for routine maintenance any EP2 grease would suffice.
5) A drop of blue Loctite on the peg bolt wouldn't hurt, but no need to put it on everything.

2. Yes but the line itself might be too long and flex in a way that is not functional with travel.
3. The switch is about $30 I think and pretty easy to find.
I think lithium soap based grease is spec'd for all load bearing surfaces.
Loctite all pivot point fasteners and rear set mount bolts, (ask me how I know this) !

Put a little loctite on all the screws, lost the shifter tip on the first ride

Get whichever one suits your install, you can even fit an integrated reservoir type as used by Aprilia and KTM, but they are a bit more $. Just watch the size, there's a good article linked in this thread about MC sizing and the trade offs.

Very good knowledge, the effect of larger dia pistion....
(I might actually find that helpful with the front brakes, but not the rear)

Superbly well done..
Heavy duty but surprisingly light! (they LOOK heavy)
I can't stop looking at them! Even nicer looking "in the flesh".
They were also beyond well packed...... Overkill-packing..
Mathias was a pleasure to deal with, and replied promptly every single time, and very helpful!
Those are my very first impressions...
Now, on to sourcing the odds/ends..
These are Abso-frikkin-loutely GORGEOUS!!!!

Superbly well done..
Heavy duty but surprisingly light! (they LOOK heavy)

I just looked back at this thread in preparation of ordering a MC and noticed this switch, it is a mechanical switch, not a hydraulic pressure switch and is the wrong type for this application. Hopefully you haven't ordered one yet, you will need an M10x1.0 for a Brembo MC, single banjo style, and 2 copper washers.

Any M10x1.0 pressure switch will work, just make sure you get one for a single banjo. OPP has several on their site, look for the word 'pressure', you can probably find loads of them on eBay too. It does say ships in 3-8 weeks for the one you ordered.
