The 6pot calipers are radial mount right? I don't think its worth doing any radial mounts since the benefits of them(very stiff/less flex) will be of any use to the toothpick RZ forks.

Id love some adaptors for the R1 6 pot radials that will fit the 90mm spacing used on RGV, ZX9R, Hayabusa etc etc etc. They are lovely calipers, newish yet still easily found for cheap in nice condition, and while you wont get all the benefits of the radial fixings with brackets, they are still a nice modern solution. Some people say they are heavy and offer no better performance than the 4pots, but they are a 4pad caliper and I think the extra weight (not that much compared to brembo normal 4pots or older sumitomos etc (and yes while every gram saved helps...) is justified.

Interestingly they come with a 16mm brembo radial master, which ive now fitted to my LC with RGV forks and Tockico 6pots and they are a little snatchier than with the Gixxer 1000 radial nissin 7/8 but right now I like the lever better, tho the feel with the 7/8s was great even if it felt soft when static and the R1 master is less weak feeling (tho the brakes are locked - its a Tockico 6pot thing sadly) when static. This setup on a light bike makes for seriously gentle 1 finger brakes with either master fitted, but Id be much happier fitting the R1 6pot radials if i could find a bracket for the forks, sadly no one makes one, even tho the market is pretty big for them as a lot of bikes use 90mm spacing and 310/320mm disks. :(

If anyone wants to make some and wants measurements let me know...

It is not all about stopping power, you would get that. I agree the 4 pot is plenty, but I think the feel/usability would be why to do it. From what I read, there seems to be some interest.
