Looks like a Shindy with an Ohlins sticker. They are nice units

Yeah that was the sticker on it when I got it, it's not an Ohlins damper.
It's just enough for full lock.

Is 140mm stroke enough for an RZ350 mounted is the same manner as pictured?

I'll lock but I can't get a full turn to the right, which is fine I get like 1/2 a turn

i have 120mm stroke damper, the biggest daytona sell and it has just enough to get full lock both sides . no matter how you mount it
it has 5mm spare each side

The one I installed is 100mm stroke. Positioned right I can lock the handle bars to the left but only get 1/2 turn to the right but I'm not worried about it.

Part of the damper's purpose is to limit side to side movement in order to retard side to side slap situations. You should not even consider one if you mind giving up turning radius. This is a tool to enhance high speed performance, not an around town mod. High speed requires very little turning input.
