you can buy steel tube the right size and you can cut off the old bars from the cast parts... thats where its gets tricky as you need to find someone professional to weld them after that, cast and thin tube needs some skill, plus its what hold your hands to the bike... safety first!

(I have tube and old bars, just havent found that welding god yet!)

I was thinking more about how tube was fixed to casting, (brazed , shrink fit or other.) Last resort will be to bore tube out of casting and fit a new piece of tube.

How bent? Unless folded over there may be hope of straightening it.. with care.
Thought of boring old one out and fitting a replacement tube and locking it with a pin /bolt. Seems doable.

I just bought a set of Woodcraft and called it a day.
Cheers!
