#1 Post by Consciousness » Mon Jun 08, 2015 11:03 pm

What do you guy's think of these, would it work as a straight swap or would i need additional parts?

Is there another solution for upgrading that's around $100?

I went with an 2012 FZ8 master cylinder and clutch mount to keep the stock looks, the reason was I wanted to keep my mirrors and I don't like the
remote reservoir sticking up on the RZ, Looks out of place, I also bough a set of these, really nice quality..http://www.ebay.com/itm/281671013713?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Reservoir and perch with OEM levers were roughly $80 shipped, sold the OEM levers for $20.00

these were discussed end of last year on here

the levers are prefect to use
but do you really want to put a chinese master cylinder in charge of saving your life ?

buy a real nissin one from a early ish r6 and then buy some cnc levers and fit them

I used Pazzo levers on R6/R1 clutch and radial master cylinder. Shorty levers make the clutch pull harder (no real surprise).

I have CRG stuff on my Tuono and it's great. Comfortable and better action than stock. The RZ will probably end up with them as well since it has a Brembo M/C.

Screw all that Chinese knock off junk. Copying the look is easy but getting the product right appears to be difficult.

Wouldn't run the Chinese MC but the levers are fine. Lots of people running them on racebikes etc. I have them on my Daytona. Work good, look nice.

Just the mention of anything made there raises the hair on the back of my neck. I use an ASV clutch perch/lever.

They are nice but don't come in all black which is the look i'm going for. I posted in a response on the engines forum the ones i settled on, they will come with a gold setting switch to match the new mirrors, i like a little bling lol

For an LC, anything WR250 R/X will fit.

I found the LC clutch cable end is longer than more modern cables and so the FZ8 clutch perch wouldn't work for me. Potentially the solution would be a different clutch cable.
