i need to replace my stanchions in my fork...

I need to replace the stanchions in my fork,but my problem is, how i take out the aluminium bushing with the plastic, it's in the end of the stanchion ?
some guy tell me that i need to heat the stanchion and to take the bushing out ,but this is not work for me, the aluminium expend more then the steel stan.

what about cooling the ali to reduce the size of the bush .
i think you can get refrigerant in a spray can.
