Who Knows This OEM Part?

I'm having trouble identifying this part that I found in the front wheel. Wondering if it's number 18 on the RZ350L diagram? Number 18 is not on the RZ350N diagram. Here's a close look at the part:

The part looks like the shield from a bearing. But there's no writing on it, which seems odd.

It's normally pressed lightly onto one end of the bearing spacer to keep it centered in the wheel. I'll snap a pic of one for you.

It's part of number 2 on the parts diagram. It's for centering the spacer

They are both 2mm from the end of the spacer.

haha, its so much more obvious once you see the part together. I had no idea until that last picture and now exactly remember putting that together!
