Hi,
On my Aprilia rs250 conversion I'd like to put some hand guards on the bike however I keep running into problems from the master cylinder which is in the way (i have Dorsoduro Handlebars on the bike right now). I've noticed that on some radial master cylinders, the exit for the brake cable is on the underside which would solve my problem. Are there any issues with switching to a radial master cylinder? (My bike currently has the original Brembo that came with the bike).
Thx.

Re: Radial master cylinder
I'm using an R6 radial master with Triumph calipers, no issues. It is bottom fitting as you describe. The radial R1 MC's are identical.

Re: Radial master cylinder
Radials generally stick out further from the bar at the pivot due to the 'radial' nature of the pull. As long as they aren't mounted in line with the guards (which they shouldn't be unless you ride like a cruiser) it shouldn't be an issue but worth a mention...

MotoExtreme 16 mm pump with short lever.
Front bracket relocated.
Not exactly pretty, but problem solved
