Well yesterday besides nearly killing myself with an argon gas leak I managed to do this which isnt perfect yet but getting close.

F&ck me, that's nice. What did you change from your normal practice? (which was already pretty damn good)

Lots more practice, different settings on the welder and more gas really

Argon leak? That sounds exciting!

Awesome work!!

I have no idea how you can make such small welding beads. I can't even make small tack welds.

From what I've seen, you and Glyn are making the most beautiful pipes on the planet.

I've heard they perform well, too. :smt023

4 main factors are TIG, perfect fit, minimal to no filler, and lots of practice getting speed and settings just right.
(and no, I can't do it that good).
