Any ideas what exhausts these were - if they were a production piece at some point, or just a one-off? I've searched and looked through as many pages and pictures of RZ exhausts as I can, but never seen them.
They are mild steel, wobble around on their mounts a fair bit, and have the smallest silencers I've ever seen.
They're quite loud as you might imagine, and all the rivets on the silencers are loose so they wobble around quite a bit as well.
Trying to decide if I'm better off cleaning these up and refurbing/repacking/replacing the silencers, or just buying a new set.
These mystery pipes seem shorter than might be optimal, although oddly enough the bike feels like it's down on top-end from 8000rpm on up rather than the other way around.
Can anyone help identify these exhausts?

Not production pipes that's for sure.
Making it to the power band but dying power could be its wanting fuel.
Check mains if standard come up.
I would try and tune the bike to the pipes first.
They would look nice painted motospray CALIPER drum black.
The stinger does look short and I would have guessed at first site that they would perform ok in the upper revs.
They look reminiscent of Rg 250 shaped pipes but not saying they are just shaped a bit like them.

Looks like a DIY project to me.
You could try to dial in jetting ignition and PV to those and after that it may even be rideable.
