HOW DO YOU POST PICS FROM FLICKR TO THE FORUM

As above , used photobucket before but not paying $$$.
so i have a flickr account n but cant see how to post.
all/any help is appreciated.

Copy and paste the BB code on the forum window and keep only the address between the img including the parentheses.

I’m using Flickr on my iPhone 6 and it will not show me the URL as above when I select a picture and copy URL. Do I need to post pics via my computer because the phone won’t do it?
