"The One Motorcyle Show"

#1 Post by RZed » Sat Feb 14, 2015 9:22 pm

Hey guys,
I went to see "The One Motorcycle Show" here in Portland today. The weather was great, so I got to ride my bike to it. My bike seemed to stand out in the sea of Harleys I had to park by. :smt003

There were lots of very cool bikes on display!! A good handful of 2-strokes too. :smt023

The rest of the bikes are four-strokes, but worth the look.

Even an electric dirt bike. An "Alta" brand which I had not heard of.

The Triumph Castrol Rocket was pretty sweet!!

A well equipped Rokon two wheel drive.

It was a well put together show in an old industrial building with lots of people and bikes. And it was free to attend. :smt023

I realize I didn't have a fraction of the time in my build as a lot of these guys did on their bikes! I'm looking forward to it next year.

Love the old TZs. Always surprised to see so many twin shockers. My old highboys were monoshock.

It was a good show. I think it was the best show for them yet. That building was the star of the show as far as I was concerned! The old stamp press was impressive and glad you got a shot of it. No RZs in the show but an old Daytona Special pulled up on the street the day I was there. 72K on the ticker and it still looked good. Your RZ looks nice too.

I totally agree. It was my first time going to it. Last year was a bust for me because it was snowing!! I'm looking forward to next years show.... thinking about displaying my RZ.

Looks like a good time. Some beautiful bikes there. Thanks for taking the time to put up pictures.

For some reason I hadn't noticed your hybrid bike or at least seen it on the forum. I really like it and am looking at doing something similar. Do you have a build thread or anything you can direct me to?
