I've just looked at your link

Its not an alternator, it is a transistor to be used as a step motor or for audio purposes

I doubt you could use it to charge batteries on a bike, the stator and fly wheel produce voltages of about 240V, the regulator/rectifier converts this down to 13.6V to allow them to charge the battery, run the lights etc

Something more simpler would be the answer
