turns out 10% acid vinegar did the job. BUT as I was not aware it also eats aluminum so my 8$ Chinese petcock valve is no more but any 34 MM petcock should work.

got my frame back from the sandblasting/ powder coat shop 350$ satin black the picture don't do it justice. It is like factory!! but 30 years old
now iv got something to put together over the Canadian winter.

its so good I think I will get the tank, and front end and swinger done next year same theme but white for tank and wheels
( I can wrap or plasti dip over the white if I feel like a different color later)

well here's a side update the bike sits in a spare room in my house,
and I have a new one a track bike that was run a Shubenacadie track up here on the east coast
the only issue is a cracked head and there's plenty of used one on ebay
start and runs, aftermarket pipes, aftermarket 2 in 1 intake running single carb, Fzr4or 600 front end
and I trade 1 1988 YSR50 with a 80CC kit and the usual aftermarket stuff
The Vin is clean I just don't have papers yet for it. I am planning on runnig this setup on the build
let me know what setup you think be better for street riding
