Absolutely oustanding. You've done an excellent job Vollegaaz. Very impressive. Looking forward to seeing some photos of the bike on the track.

Congratulations on the build. I´s really nice.

How many riding hours are you expecting from the batteri on one charge.

Normally it should hold at least a trackday, 7x20min.
Battery is a 14A/h

Ignition on: almost 1A
Running engine+clocks(rpm+temp)+PV motor=3,7A (shiftlight not included)

Friday is dyno-time :smt020

Went to the dyno the other day, did some runs untill the clutch cable snapped. Ended up with 60 hp on the backwheel, jetting was a little to ritch and Exhaust temp was to low. Back to the drawing table :smt003

Already adjust the ignition map and put a new clutch cable, the bike runs very good on the street.
Gonna put a new set of pistons/rings in it, as i don't know how old these are, and maybe some porting, nice winterjob.

Suggestions anyone ?

I keep coming back to look at this bike. From the angle the pics are taken it looks small like a 125 GP bike, until it's seen with the car. I'd probably opt for an Athena kited +7mm crank (443cc) & 90+ HP. It would be completely off the hook!

Hi I'm looking for some help to put rz motor into rgv chassis. Looking for output shaft position in relation to crank and swing arm pivot.

Cheers
Brad
