Nice bike.

Was wondering about the pipes as well. What are they.

And a question.
It seems like those pics were taken at the track.
Are those fat silencers helping you meet noise regulations if there are any?

Thanks Guys
Those are banshee pipes, I also have drag pipes, original 31k and 1WT pipes, and modified 31k pipes. Depends on my configuration, and my ride state of mind of the day.
Yes the banshee FMF silencers are here to make sure that I can ride on any tracks.

Nice bike! Congratulations!
It is based on a TZR 125 4DL Belgarda, right?

What was your criteria based on, regarding the three axis alignment? (sprocket-swingarm-rear wheel)

Which was the most difficult task in order to fit the engine into the frame?

Is the engine cradle made of aluminium, or steel?
I would appreciate some detail pictures of it, please.

Thanks in advance

That looks like a bike built by Seb a few years ago.

Hello Kenny,
Could you build some pipes for this conversion but without having the bike in your shop? I'm asking you this because I know you were involved in a similar project before and I need a set of pipes for a very similar project.

Its very difficult to build a custom set of pipes without references on the frame. Slinger actually built the pipes for his 4DL 385cc and I designed some. Speak to Glyn he has the patterns for the 4DL pipes I think.

Thank you, Kenny, for your input and patience because I need to ask you some more questions before ordering some pipes...

I'm afraid of ordering from overseas due to the much higher shipping charges and custom fees.

I'm thinking about fitting your stainless pipes on this bike, but I guess this could turn into a shoddy work. What's your opinion?

I started track racing with this:
YZ 250 engine

And then I met Seb, we talked about bigger engine on TZR frame, he smiled, and told me he has already done it...
now I have two 4DL, one 125 (the one above on the picture downgraded on 125cc) and one 385cc

This 250 YZ is now on this (not finished):Image

Enjoy

Hi there! News for 2012,
After a crash last year, I changed a bit the look of my bike, and changed for an adapted R1 fork with 3" tzr 125 4FL front wheel, single 320mm disc.
Fairing is from TZ 250 1990, seat from TZ 350 1980.

I started the season with the French LC's 350 club :
