Tim, I was talking to them today. They're hoping to have the moulds ready by late next week. I have shipped a complete Set of RZ body panels, tail section, tank and fender in stock F2 form for them to duplicate, so we can replace any broken pieces with fibreglass. There will also, hopefully be two replacement tail sections in stock shape, retaining the original seat. One for the two seater and a solo. Those are the plans. We'll see. We'll also see how long the process really takes. I'm not holding my breath on this.
According to my shipper, they received my shipment after I talked to them. They will be pulling moulds from the tank I sent. So the stock replacement parts will be longer to produce, due to the fact they just received them today, which I still have to confirm.
I'm hoping to receive the rest of my order in the next two months or so. I then have to varify fitment and then orders can start if it all works out.

Oh, I expect this year hopefully within the next 8 weeks. They're working on the moulds right now. They will send me the first sets, which I will test fitment. It's the second half of my first order.
I also had them make a racing seat for the Aprilia RS250 MKII. You can no longer buy the seat upholstery, so a seat with a pan like the TZs is perfect for the track.

Update: AirTECH has finished the F2 seat mould. Walt will be sending me pics of the first seat on Tuesday. I should have a shipment within a month.

Gas tanks.
I'm a bit of a hooligan, no offence Peter, and I have discovered that under heavy braking with the air vent on the tank, and the tank full, I make an unfriendly deposit of fuel on the ground. Since it is environmentally unfriendly, and I am extremely Scottish about throwing 1/2 pennies on the ground, I have ordered the tank foam from AirTECH to stuff into my tank to alieviate this issue. I will report back once I have received the foam and had an opportunity to test it. Otherwise, I am extremely impressed with the performance of the fibreglass tank. It's lighter then stock, appears to be tough, looks great as stock should look, with no dents or caved in sides. The flush mount filler is rather trick as well.

Hi Rory, Are you doing belly pans and mid panel fairings as well.
