Awesome 2017 Triumphs

#1 Post by Questo vecchio rz » Mon Nov 28, 2016 1:17 am

Dont know bout you guys, but Triumph has built two sweet bikes for 2017, finally someone "other than Harley" finally got it right, when it comes to retro.
These things are quite nice the street cup has a great profile
With good lines & the bobber ...considering its 2017, looks impressive. Finally two newer bikes I'd actually consider buying, four jyst good old fashioned (riding).

I could never understand why BSA went under while Triumph survived. I remember back in the 60's. Triumph were known for leaking oil while the BSA didn't.

HA HA! completley forigen concept to me to have a "firm" dislike of machinery, but Im no stanger to folks who dislike certain bikes, especially 2 Stroke haters, I've some friends whom loathe them...lol
Its the way I see the world...I dont discriminate I like Blondes, Brunnetes..Redheads.. Big boobs small, White, Asian, Indian, Spanish . whatever. I just dont care... Its all good!!! Each style has some good stuff going on,

I should have known better :smt021 :smt043 ..this forum in particular often has few good things to say about other bikes...lol definatly This has happened for years if the word H. Davidson is ever spoken..people sterotype culture w the machinery too often. A doctor or lawyer on a Harley is still a equal motorcyclist as is a sportbike rider either modern or retro.

Perhaps I'ts just plain due to being born and raised in Los Angeles, its so diversified & practiclly the birthplace of so much varied car and bike and aircraft culture.

Its all good though to each their own.. :smt023 but for me..I'd welcome into my garage

Love the Thruxton R but not sure about these models :smt012

I still have my 2002 Bonneville , the poor man's version LOL :smt005

Got top end off at the moment for some 865 barrels and a bit of cleaning up work on the cylinder head :smt021
