Can some one recommend a larger than stock after market radiator that will fit my 85 350 properly? Company name?
What to stay away from?

Take off the thermostat if your bike is overheating , LC don't have one and it's just fine . My RZ overheat in the traffic , my LC don't .

That's what I used in the past, but they all require some mechanical work like manufacturing brackets and riveting them here and there. Also plumbing work required for new hose routing.
The advantage: Low costs and MUCH more cooling performance than stock or even thicker aftermarket in stock size.
I have 76 hp at the rear wheel and only do kart track racing at max 120 kmh - that requires the biggest you can get.

Is it overheating or are you just being pre-emptive? Mine only ever overheated if I sat in traffic, but that seldom happens anymore. I did install a larger rad just for the sake of it, got one of these second hand off a forum member, no problems and between us it's had a couple of summers on it.

The bike will run better with the engine at a lower temp, and it gives you a bigger buffer when it does start to heat up. Running without a thermostat might work if you ride at fairly constant temps, but the bike will take longer to warm up, especially if you run a larger rad with more coolant volume.
