Went for a pleasure ride today.

#1 Post by hondaror » Mon Jun 26, 2017 1:59 am

First pleasure ride in years. I've been commuting, but today, Off Road, Steve and I took the RZs for a little blast. First time we've done any Ks together. We headed out with two others, one of which is a coworker. Put 200 kms on the clocks. There are no pics, no vid, so maybe it did not happen?!
I've had a couple of issues plaguing me, so yesterday I wired in an auto style fuse box. Bitch of a job, due to it's small size. Got it done, and the bike ran well. Slowly getting things sorted out.

Did you know that I am too big for an RZ? I was told that today. I'm just happy that I'm not too big AND too fat. 1 out of 2 isn't bad, is it?

I also had a nice ride with friends on Saturday, did my best to fog the Muskoka's for mosquitos. You aren't too big for the RZ, you are just 4 standard deviations from the Japanese mean height. Maybe that should be you new handle, 4Sigma.

Lol, thanks Russ. I'll consider that for the back of my leathers.
I'm considering going in hock big time and racing the RZ at the Barber Fest in October. It's a vintage 2 stroke weekend. I'd really like to race this event. Steve Gyimesi, North America RZ owners group Facebook page owner is likely going to race this as well. It would be a scream!
