Had a two forest fires two weeks ago locally but the forest fire pros douse it in two days. Human err. Lightening strikes - thats a different story and thats what is effecting the interior of BC. California is now experiencing the same issue even though it was a wet winter on the west coast. Appearently not wet enough.

We drove down to Revelstoke for the weekend and were able to see three different fires up on the mountains from the Hwy. One was spectacular as giant flames could be seen billowing up out of the smoke.

Witnessed another forest fire started yesterday which was fortunately bucketed out by helicopters a couple of kms fm the house. Wish I could say the same for our neighbours to the north of us. Rained lightly today. Be praying for the same those who need it more.
