Petcock Screws, Washers

#1 Post by rztim » Thu Jun 25, 2015 6:17 pm

Does anyone know the screw or bolt size needed for securing the petcock to the fuel tank?
Didn't get the 2 of them as well as the washers with the tank and petcock in my basket case.

Thanks,
Tim

The part number for those screws is 90149-06011-00, and the nice thing about Yamaha part numbers is that you can tell the screw size from the second part of the number. The 06 means it is an M6 screw and the 011 means it is 11mm long.

I've used stainless socket head, but still with the seal washer and had good results. I might have wiped a bit of Threebond on the threads too.
