LC track duke out in Japan

Sparing starts at 3:28 min. Some miss shifts but the rider does all right. Buries the speedo needle in the straight.

That bike cannot be even close to stock. I hazard a guess it is sporting an RZ motor. My stockish LC struggles to hit 160kms.

That was a painfully amateur group he is out there with...could be Hooligan, the stock RZs would be around 200 even at our elevation (2nd hand RZ Cup info).

I've seen 200 on our RZ and it is very stock.

Well the brake fluid reservoir appears to be oversized so it would not be off the mark if everything underneath is hybrid.

That thing pulls clean and hard from just under 6K RPM. A fine example of a competent rider on a small bike. What's the red light that comes on at the bottom of the console? Speed warning?

I was wondering what the red warning light was until I recalled that, in Japan, motorcycles are by law limited to a maximum speed of 50 MPH or 80k's - the red light blinks on when you go beyond that speed limit. Obviously useless on the track but entertaining as a red light district.
