I don't have a TPS, but your ignition tip I will keep in mind.
Thus far everything seems to be on the rich side.
Some of the settings/adjustments we have made indicate a change to the cut-a-way maybe, I said maybe, required. That's a last resort.
We have lowered the float height 2.5mm (increased the numbers on the vernier). And dropped the pilot 1 size.
I've ordered some smaller pilots .................... will test and see.
I'd rather ride a slow bike fast, than a fast bike slow.

The education continues ...........................
Jetting is close, its running pretty sweet down low.
Drained the last of the fuel at 30:1 with Redline Racing 2T, destined for the lawn mower.

Mixed a brew of Fuchs KR2 at 50:1 to see the difference.
Theory is it will be richer fuel wise, ......................... well shiver me timbers it was as fat as. Back to square one before we started - thumping like a KTM 690.
That was an eye opener.
