There will also be tail sections that work in conjunction with the stock seat, that look stock. 3 pieces in 1.

My work season is winding down now. I'm prepping to go to school Nov/Dec, but am hoping to get started on the first AirTECH F2, shortly. This will be sold off to fund my son with his ongoing recovery and his education.

Have you tried EPN (Epoxy Phenol Novolac) coating with the FRP tanks?

I think fiberglass tanks with EPN coating can be used with Ethanol.

I could be wrong but I thought all epoxy was ethanol safe just not used in tank layup since it is an expensive resin to use....

Ethanol eats the AirTECH tanks, even with the epoxy they use. Up here in Canada, my tank has held up really well this past year. Of course, I've been using ethanol-less fuel.

Yes, ethanol is really hard on aluminum. I have a set of TZR carbs that are totalled by the '90s fuel with ethanol. Sunoco, used to be really bad. In the '90s a friend in Toronto, Bent Bikes owner could not keep carbs in stock. They were selling like hot cakes due to the aluminum destruction.
Old jets should be replaced, not cleaned. The metered holes change over time with the wear associated with the fuels and contaminants that flow through them. High mileage jets should be replaced due to the relatively cheap replacement costs.

They use cheap old Polyester resin and chop strand on basically all of their parts.
Ethanol is not likely to eat epoxy resin tanks.
It will eat poly resin no problem.
Epoxy is about 4x as much as Polyester and is more difficult to work with but a much better product.
Chop strand is about as poor a weight/strength ratio as you can get with composites but it sure is cheap!
