Now I wait on the delivery of the old aircooled side covers to have an oldschool look for my engine.

I've seen Banshee builds where they've run a large offset sprocket and used an outer cover with a bearing that supports the outboard end of a modified sprocket.hondaror wrote:I don't like having to offset the sprocket, as the stresses added to the output shaft are greatly increased. Upper brace on the swingarm looks extremely close to the shock reservoir.

I have a spare 99 frame/swing arm is anyone is trying to duplicate his work pm me
your work looks fantastic I was thinking about using my r6 swinger but gave up it was just simpler to use the stocker plus I have no wheel for that arm
Cheers keep up the good work

Hi everybody. Yes there is enough space between shock and swingarm
Yes have mounted the bearing sideplate to suit the offset sprocket
I'm now on electrical stuff

You are doing very nice work. I would suggest removing the spring from the shock and running the suspension through it's full travel to confirm what limits it. The shock snubber needs to limit travel, and you don't appear to have a lot.

Hi how did the clurch side cover fit? I thought the aircooled cover didn't have space for the crank water pump gear. Are you going to use an eletric pump, do you have powe
