I LOVE my LC and there is no way in hell I'd take it to the IoM. Don't think I'd sleep a wink for worrying about it going missing.

The TT course is fast and bumpy and totally unforgiving of mistakes. It is also full of lunatics testing their bravery. Not exactly the place for an LC. At the end of the week you will see broken bikes being dragged back onto the ferry.

My suggestion for your first trip would be to rent a bike in London. That way you get a relatively painless experience with a bike more capable of the kind of riding the TT course offers up with zero worries about the bike getting crashed or going missing.

Yep sound advise I will ponder to lessen the risk factors if all works out. There is a lot to work out so I appreciate the insight(s) frankly. Just love the idea of doing what this guy is doing (not necessarily the speed) but just being there as is. Great audio on this - 11,500 rpm gear changing 2019 - wow. Interesting one comment, on the audio, called it the sound of "whispering death" yet one still carries on. Like to hear that but not likely on an Elsie.

Sad news - cancelled which is not unexpected considering pandemic panic. That said, can always hope for 2021! I suspect the same will follow suit for most of the racing season regarding other events.

Guess that means watching highlights of classic races in the past - any suggestions other than Kenny Roberts at Laguna Seca - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTXxoeE ... gle.ca/url Think he had to kick his exhaust back into place cause another driver bumped into it. Don't think Mr. Roberts raced at the IOM.

I never get tired of watching Schwantz vs. Rainey. Lots of good footage there.

Also enjoy Rossi vs. Biatchi and a few other excellent Rossi battles.

Also enjoy: Faster, Fastest, Hitting the Apex, The Doctor The Tornado & The Kentucky Kid.

Got more, if you need more.

Happy watching! :smt023
