Solo Seat Tail Section

This looks the part but I do not recall Yamaha selling this for an RZ350. Is this a TZ tail section in classic yellow and black?

In any event, it's a good looking piece of plastic!

Yamaha didnt sell anything GRP for the RZ, it was all plastic.

he does say "it has a Tom Hayner Racers Supply decal cleared into it so it’s possible it’s was manufactured by them.' Sounds reasonable to assume they were the vendor, but maybe someone like airtech made it?

It's a Telefix, Spec II sold them. A few of us have them; they're heavy, but pretty cool looking.

Yes, Telefix/Spec2 heavy fiberglass. Difficult to get on and off without contacting the tank and due to spreading it to clear the fuel petcock.

It's this but this one has been "modified" a bit




This one is being trimmed a bit for possible repaint and install
