Crankshaft Conundrum: what to do?

#1 Post by 85RZwade » Mon Mar 29, 2021 1:34 am

After weighing the options of rebuilding or replacing my Elsie crankshaft with one of the available products, my little brain hurts. I'm leaning towards replacement, and the choices include, but are probably not limited to: Yambits, Norbo, Utah Crankshaft and Short Bock (eBay) some eBay seller out of Taiwan...Prices are not much different; they're all in the low $400 range, so my question is: which one? Does anyone have experience, prejudices, recommendations or hotly contested opinions? :smt011

Garrett built mine with parts sourced from PJME.
Wasting time on 2T forums since the dawn of the internet. RD350LC, TDR250, plated 300XCW. No four strokes.
