New member saying hello,

#1 Post by Hahndo » Tue Feb 27, 2024 1:47 am

Folks I have 74 H1E triple and have been trying to find a RZ. One member here pointed me in the direction of one for sale in Ga, but no title. Advertised as a 1985 yellow RZ. It has a 83 Canadian vin and a 85 US model engine according to the serial numbers. Oh well another will come up? I bought a brand new 1977 chappy red RD400 but it died in less than a year because a Ford LTD wasnt going to let me continue on my way. Loved that bike! If I cant find a reasonable deal on a legit RZ I may try to find another RD? I really just wanted to say thanks for letting me join the forumn. 2 Strokes For Ever!

Welcome.

You can find a good RZ. They're getting expensive, though. Where are you located? GA?

Folks what I would like to find is a very good rider that I dont have to restore. Perferrably a yellow one within say 500 miles from me with a clean title. Have pickup Will travel for the right bike with cash in my pocket!

I've thought about this for a couple of days and I have an '84 that I can no longer ride. But, it's probably not what you're looking for. About the only qualifier is distance. First it's r/w/b and not a restoration candidate. But it's titled and licensed in Florida and it runs. Interested?
Red/White US '84, Spec II pipes, Y-boot w/K&N, Fox Shock, Mikuni carbs?
