I decided to continue on the front

Unfortunately I do not know how to weld, I had to pay for a turner to do the service, but he received and did not do the service the bike stayed a year in his workshop, and he did not do what was paid, left my bike and the parts in the rain

Hopefully you can find someone else in your city to help get it welded up.
Years ago, I would visit with my former inlaws in Campinas SP, for many holidays.....I loved it there
