RZ/RD 350 & Misc. 2-Stroke Tech BBS

Hi well nearly finished putting my rd250lc back together but I have one loose
connecter/wire left over from the loom.

On checking my photo that I took before dismantling the bike it was loose back
then as you can see in the attached picture it is black so thinking it's a earth
but not sure and where does it go to?

Hope someone can help out on this one for me?

cant see the pic, wont show for me, but if its by the flasher unit its probably the one designed like that as its for the cancel circuit I think.
