I really appreciate the write up with the photos. That is quite a process.
I think you need to move somewhere not so humid in order to produce these parts. Or find an atmosphere controlled space to work in.
Easier said than done of course.
Looking forward to the results of your fuel test in that tank. But you clearly know what you're doing and I know what the result will be.

Any chance you are making ignition covers out of carbon fiber? I saw one on a Spanish page for the YPVS and it was very cool!
