Found a bit of time to to start pricing this bike back together.the Master cylinder I’m using didn’t clear the Tarozzi rearset so I had to remove a small amount of material from the back side of the right rearset to clear it. Got a few other bits buttoned up and the bike and test fitted the shearer pipes.

The pipes look great, I like the line of them, Nice sweep on them, Matches the lines of the bike...

On a side note, Thats a lot of white crap you have on the ground :P

Thanks man!!! And this is a mild winter in Ontario. Other years we’d already have 3 feet of snow

Test fitting the body work to apply the decals and get them straight as possible

Getting close. Probably pull the engine one more time. Got a billet water pump, new water pump bearing. And a couple of new slugs to stick in the cylinders still and going to put new power valve seals in well I’m at it.

Check if your kickstart hits the Tarozzi rearset peg when kicked. some people have had issues. There is a fix.
Where in Ontario are you? Looks like farm country. Is that an El Camino? My father had a few. I have a 70 Nova.

I’m near Sauble beach.
My after market kickstart won’t work with the Tarozzi rearset a but oem clears.
It’s a 68 el Camino it’s my old mans. Had to use his shop for the heat to do the decals. My shed is to cold.

Put a new clutch kit in on Sunday, already had a brand new billet clutch basket. Got the hi flow water pump and new water pump bearing and seal installed too.

Not a lot left to do. Found some time last week to tidy up some minor things to do with the rearsets and brakes, got the cooling system all back on. I need to find some time to get the wiring harness back on and it’s ready to be fired up.
Hopefully in the next couple weeks it’ll be smoking again
