How do the lower plugs look after you try running it? Do they smell like fuel?

Hey Franco! Did you sort that problem out yet? I'm curious what you found.

Hi, I checked with plugs destined for each individual cylinder
and saw the sparking "simultaneously".

Hi Darrell,
I took a lot of time off (due to delusion too) and concentrated myself elsewhere.
I will renew my attack in the next days.

Also pv module off,servo off
Run it only with the cdi ,instal an earth wire from the battery directly to the frame
Check the rectifier is earthed too

See what happens then,any improvement?
Hi, thanks for advice,
I will try your line of action in order to isolate electrics faults if they're the culprit.

Have you checked to make sure that opposite corners are at TDC when they are supposed to be. During a full rebuild it is possible to get it wrong.

Are you certain that it’s not a carb issue? Sounds like it could be flooding the lower cylinders.
