I am planning to offer ride height extenders with my converted RS250 swingarms. They wont be adjustable, but I can do 3 versions with e.g. 1, 2 and 3 inches of ride height increase.
What amount of raise would you look for?
How much ride height increase do you want with 17" whee

I had to modify the ATR adjuster to get MORE height. I run a 195/65 rear and a 120/60 front. The handing is spot on.
With a 120/70 or a 190/55 the front under steers like a Bit**h

I made some ATR like adjusters. And I used one when converting to 17" wheels. And I ran into the same thing as Mark did. I needed to modify the adjusters to get more ride height! Basically cutting the adjustment nut in half.
I'd say I ended up lowering the swingarm a full 2" to get back to spot on handling. Running 120/60-17 front and a 160/60 rear. The actual ride height at the rear is about 1/2" more than stock. This is approaching the maximum swingarm drop that you would want. Otherwise, the chain would end up riding over the pivot tube when the swingarm is fully extended downwards.
