I have full respect of your skills and creativity. You nee to do a leakdown test before installing the engine in the frame, the machined reed cages are prone to leak where they meet the engine cases (machining tolerances). Use red HTV silicon here, not too thick but make sure the silicon seam is not disrupted anywhere ( dont know how to explain in proper english).
Maybe we can meet sometime, I travel to Ukraine sometimes, where are you located?

Dear fellows!! Need YOUR authoritative advice. Is it awful if piston pin will open scavenging to exhaust during moving downwards???

In that case I'd check it with a simulation.
EngMod 2T gives you pressure values vs crank angle so you could see where the flow would direct to.

On the other hand its only a few degrees where that bypass is open - I doubt it'll yield to a reasonable mass flow, especially at higher rpm.
It may influence low end though.

Pasha,

You do not want there to be a short circuit between the aux exhaust and the main transfer port via the wrist pin. You will need to keep the aux closer to the main exhaust port or raised floor to keep this from happening. Issue is the incoming charge will short circuit into the aux e-port and you'll lose a lot of performance.

Yes. Fixed it. How do YOU think, is it enough 1.5mm overlap???

1.5mm is minimum. 3mm would be much better.

Thanks. Damn, boosts couldn't be big enough as I thought.
