Why are the subframe tabs moved way forward on your frame Neil ?, those arent the stock tabs or stock location.

Does it look like there is going to be any carburetor hitting the gas tank issues ?

Im also bolting on a 06 R6 subframe and tail, and R6 gas tank, so i lost 15lbs easy off the bike already.

Thanks, yeah i have acually sold a few to people who really liked it, was not my intentions for making it, i made it so i can get rid of the heavy steel shock mount.

Ok so the overhead with rubber mount will work, now you dont put engine craddles, where does the bottom fairings mount ? and the radiator ?

Yeah i would definitly use the cradles and some rubber mounts to mount to the engine, if he dont use the engine cradles where the hell is going to mount the lower fairings or bellypan to ?, and the radiator.

Is your son going to use the front RZ engine mount and attach it to the engine cradles ?

Yeah i clicked on the photo, its more than likely a 2 stroke in a 3tj fzr 400 frame, but i will ask.

Yes but the yamaha fzr 400 motors have yamaha written on the cases so thats not enough. The exhaust does look like a 2 stroke though.
