nice ..............ive never had luck with different air filters i always leave stock boxes , good results with little testing with jetting on other page but now have a big range of jets and jjh needles will try over the next few days
we have 4 weeeks off work , total country lock down

anyone done any more testing as of late ??
i still have not painted my bike or ridden it :)
but i have primed the parts and might even put the tank on and try out some of these jetting tips

the Oceana Rd400 was never sold under the daytona name

i have 5/8 and 14mm fitted with brembo 4 pots and fzr 4 pots
dont like the 5/8 as it has little feel the 14mm is much better
i would go with a 14mm master with the 2 piston calipers

need to keep this post alive ! anyone else been plying with the pwks this year ? ive moved on to a TDR250 and other things while my 350 is wating for paint but i was happy with the testing i did before i pulled the bike down in the mean time ive bought jjh needles and a good choice of jets just look...

yes factory pistons in ktms are vertex , just about to do the one in my 300exc

vertex are cast but are 12-21% silicon , really well known in the off road world , next rebuild i do on a 350 i will be using vertex , they are a really high quality piston have mitaka (prox tkrj) in 6 bikes now and no problems they are a very good piston aswell i would stay away from forged its not...

Local bike shops want $16 per jet !! people want $50 us$ to send a small selections of jets across the world so finding them at a decent price and good postage is hard i do have some pilots and mains coming , will get some needles next time i need dirt bike bits , ktm freeride 250 uses 28s with j se...

Was just testing and running what i had and could get my hands on . I didnt want to spend few hundred $$ in jets and not need them Went for another ride and its close , just miss matched mains dont help 45 is very good i cant fault it down low needle feels good aswell guys in japan are running from ...
