Wonderful project, Yamatr3 I'm working on a similar special too a '93 TZ frame and swingarm, RZ350 powered i think, seeing your photo, that you have a lot of longitudinal space for engine (in particoular from engine to front wheel) my frame is too short and for fitting engine I must cut off about 6...

Re: solution

It would have been a lot easier if I found a 1990 RZ350 with an electronic tach, but I rather keep the original electronic that goes with that engine. I never care for the gauge cluster on the 1984-1985 RZ350. Steve sorted it out. I also seen in Yahoo Japan that the TZR250 3MA cluster it comes with...

Oops, I forgot the final picture. I never took one with the bike all together, so this is a bad photochop I did quickly. The colors match perfectly and everything lines up great, so it's just my bad chop.

TZ-RZ Street Bike Build

I have been getting a few PM's of people wanting to know the specs on my bike and did not want to bugger up Grion's thread of his, so here they are. RGV Steve did the engine placement and all the welding work, but I have done everything else. It has been one of those projects I have never sat down a...

Here is another pic. I never took a pic of the bike with the lower on, so this lower is photo choped. The color does match and everything lines up perfectly. I really like how your gauges turned out. Can you do a little write up on how you did them? Thanks Steve. Everything is going ok, still lookin...

Cool Two Stroke Site

You all might know about this site, but I didn't. They are going to make a 3 cylinder 1100 triple 2 stroke to go in a ZX10 chasis.

May end up doing a naked or semi-naked motard. I like the way these bikes look when they're stripped down. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v480/Kodokan/CRF450.jpg Personally, I think this style frame would be better than the Aprilia. I think the cradle type might help more with making the RZ moto...

Whats the inside width of the lower frame rails.
I was wondering the same thing. I don't think the RZ engine will fit between the frame rails. It will end up hanging below.

I think he is trying to make reference to you being very particular and sending back bad quality parts. Those CF side panels look wavy and not up to your usual standards.

Keep up the good work.
