So you mean the plug on the harness side check?
I did have a look cant visibly see any burnt wires going into the connector.
As I stated the regulator and stator are both new.
Stator was reconditioned
And regulator bought from yambits.

Hi guys, I have a 1984 RZ250R I also had a similar problem, Replaced stator and regulator, battery was 12.99v when the bike was idling, I went for a spin and came back and it’s 12.03v when I let it sit over night it remained 12.03v.
