Yesterday at The Quail

It was a great show as always.

This was the best weather I have ever seen out there. My only complaint about the weather is it seemed like every time I started my bike this microclimate blue fog would come and settle over me. I think it is my personality.







As you may notice in my video I did many startups of my bike (pared down quite a bit) per requests by the good people at the show. There was a lot of spectacular "little bit of everything" motorcycles there.

I haven't ridden this since rebuilding the carbs, smaller pilot jets, and vacuum synching the carbs. Oh and since I put new rubber on x months ago.

Hi Paul. Nice to hear from you.

The bike ran fantastic. It seems more responsive on the low-end, very crisp, and vac synching the 4 carbs helps a great deal. The operator is out of riding shape and had very sore wrists with a difficult time pulling the clutch in toward the end of the short ride. Need to do something about that.

It's great you guys got out for a ride. Where's the photos? I need to head up to Alice's one of these days (when it is not wet up there). Seems like I haven't been up that way for a couple of years.
