The front brakes have been upgraded to Brembo’s
The shock is upgraded to Nitron, the forks have Maxton sd20 cartridges fitted.
The Skoal Bandit paintwork was done by Cupar Bike Paints
The wheels were diamond cut and powder coated by classic coatings in Grantham.
The KMH speedo has been replaced by a MPH one .
Every seal and bearings has been replaced by genuine Suzuki parts when possible.
The drive chain has been converted to 520,the swingarm has been braced and paddock stand bobbins fitted.
The ignition cdi and powervalve controller are programmable items from zeeltronic.
The engine has had a complete rebuild including all the gearbox bearings and both cranks ,its also been bored to 460cc and tuned by performance fabrications ,it has billet disc valve covers fitted and a shift shaft support plate all manufactured by performance fabrications,the carbs have been bored and have hi flow ceramic ball fuel valves fitted,inline non return valves have been fitted to the oil lines and auxiliary fuel cocks fitted to the fuel lines ,a new two stroke pump and fuel petcock have also been fitted .The exhausts are performance fabrications stainless steel expansions with carbon end cans.
