I don't recall how many teeth I went with. I'm not real happy with the size of my sprockets either. I'm not going to count them for that reason. Some one here should be able to recomend good sprocket sizes. If you already have a rear sprocket, tell us how many teeth it has, and we can go from there.
Scott,
Thanks, that's very generous! Every little bit helps. Right now I'm waiting on whether an aquaintence of Brian's can come up with the bodywork. I need to get the tank to Brian as well. He's in Oakdale,CA, don't know how close that is to you.

Well, been a while since we've had an update, so here we go.
Brian's making great progress on the motor. We have one bad cylinder head which we are in the process of replacing. Just waiting for the details from Brian as to which one. Brian's also making the intake manifolds. We haven't been able to get the flatslide carbs yet, but it's looking good. Brian has the carbon tech reeds and will be modifying reed blocks to go with the new manifolds.
Bodywork still in the air, Brian's contact is out of town again.
I've been working to get the Zeel and the new dash installed. Working on matching up all the wires first, double-checking everything, then going to start cutting. Have been making mockups of the dash to mount the new cluster with cardboard, but I am having a small issue in that I don't know what a completed RZ500 dash actually looks like so I don't know where I have to end the dash. If someone can take a close up picture of their dash with all of the bodywork mounted and post it, I would appreciate it.
While fitting various parts realized we now have an issue with mounting the ignition lock (it's an R6 conversion), but posted on the R6 thread, so hope to get a response.
I'm also missing the rear brake caliper and mount (again R6 conversion). Found one on ebay and will be ordering soon.
Realized I don't have the key and can't remove gas cap. Doh! They are checking in CO to see if they have it, otherwise I have to get another one made.
Also trying to come up with an alternative for the stock rearsets (again posted on the R6 conversion thread).
Rear oil tank has been mounted.
Should hopefully be wrapping up the chassis within the next few weeks, then I have to figure out how to ship it to Brian in CA.
Last bit of good news, I recently got the approval for Mickey's Madmen, Inc. not-for-profit corporation from the IRS!! We had our first meeting of the board of directors and have established our corporation purpose, which is:
To improve the quality of life for individuals with terminal illness or disabilities by identifying and procuring adaptive equipment and creating outdoor recreation and adventure opportunities.
Hope the stupid rain stops in Chicago and the weather warms up so I can ride the RZ350 more often. Hell of a lot cheaper on gas too!

Aaron,
Thanks for the picture. Just what I needed. RE the link, that helps too, will be posting ques there as well.
Thanks for the encouragement as well. It doesn't feel like I'm doing something special, just the right thing.
