Any sources out there for replacement RZ350 power valves? Can't seem to find any from the usual sources. Thanks.

Fast from the Past has nice billet power valves. I’ve run them for about 3 years with no issues.

I ordered a set from Rz"s Unlimited a while back.

The website is down.

I thought FFTP had them, too, but can't find them tonight.

Same here. Might be worth calling Jim Hinshaw who owns FFTP.

FFTP doesn't sell them anymore, Jim said they were not a big seller.

Yambits has them but $$$$$$$, otherwise OEM still available from Impex or your local Yam dealer.

I second Cary over at RZ's unlimited. He got me a set of pre-owned ones in fantastic condition at a very reasonable price! Quick shipping from LA.

As it wasn't mentioned yet : Wicked just recently announced that he's doing own variants.

Last time I rebuilt my engine I didn't fancy spending a bundle on new valves and bushings so I used some SKF Speedi-Sleeves (SKF P/N 99068) to repair the bearing section of my worst set of PV's, and reamed the bushings to suit. The portion where the seal runs generally doesn't wear much, and I've got my PV's driven seperately with a kit I bought from Glynn years ago, so I don't care about the condition of the coupler area (which could be built up with a TIG welder if it mattered to you). I had to turn down the bearing surface of the valves slightly for the sleeves to fit and used a drop of green loctite retaining compound for peace of mind. Now the valve has a stainless steel wear surface, proper bushing sizing and I've got plenty of worn out old bushings that can now be reused.
